  We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach on vacation for years. For most of that time we have been renting condos and beach houses North Beach Realty. We have always had great service and excellent units. So when we finally decided to buy a condo at the beach we naturally thought of using North Beach and the Myrtle Beach Foreclosure center. We had heard that it was possible to get a great deal because of all of the recent foreclosures. Since we did not have the slightest idea where to start we called Ed at North Beach Realty. Everyone there was not only helpful but very patient as well. In the end we found a really nice oceanfront condo at a great price. Because we will not use it all the time we put in on the rental program at North Beach and have been very pleased with that as well.
